Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@memoryfoamcomfort.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@memoryfoamcomfort.com. Customers are responsible for any applicable return or reshipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
